Refund policy
Made just for you. Every GigiandPapa item is printed on demand after you order it. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Misprinted, damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged or defective, or it isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at ledon@ledonjohnson.com with:
- your order number
- a photo of the problem (and of the shipping label if the package was damaged)
We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.
Lost or missing packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We don't reship packages that tracking shows as delivered. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us at ledon@ledonjohnson.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of being placed, before they go into production. To cancel, email ledon@ledonjohnson.com with your order number.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post them.
